Ignore Spanish characters at beginning of Title

Hi:

I’m using your “Table of Contents Plus” plugin on my blog “Picadillo” (https://www.picadilloblog.com/indice-de-entradas-picadillo-accurate-communications-orlando-mergal/) and I love it!

However, my blog is in Spanish and your plugin seems to get confused with the punctuation marks that Spanish uses at the beginning of some sentences.

For example, in Spanish questions start with a ? and exclamation sentences start with an ?. But “Table of Contents Plus” doesn’t understand these symbols and simply places those posts under a “?” mark at the bottom.

Is there any way to make the software ignore the ? and ? symbols without ignoring those posts altogether?
