Ignore images by substring in the class?

Hi, Thank you for the plugin, works very well!
I have only one problem. When I use it together with “a3 Lazy Load” (and “Noscript Support” on), then images with a caption appear twice in the overlay. Is there any option to ignore images with a particular string in “class”, for example “lazy-loaded”?
