Ignore first heading

  • How do I position the TOC below the first heading and above the second heading? Also I do not want the first heading in the TOC.

    I found the first answer. I have to use [toc] instead of [TOC]. I positioned [toc] below the first heading and the table of contents is now below the first heading. However, I cannot figure out how to get it to exclude the first heading.

    I think you might need to leave and exclude heading 1 for wanted result.
