This is the screenshot of webmaster tools, Image sitemap index view graph, index drop to 0 happened after using your plugin, because all image links in sitemaps were changed to CDN Url, so google stopped indexing any images in sitemap from CDN, CDN Enabler must have a feature to ignore URL writing for specific User-Agents

  • Are you by chance using the Yoast SEO plugin? You may have to make a slight modification in your functions.php file as explained in the following link in order for your URLs to properly show the CDN URL in your sitemap https://www.keycdn.com/support/cdn-troubleshooting-guide/#image-deindexing

Additionally, I would recommend taking a read through this post to learn more about how to properly index images when using a CDN https://www.keycdn.com/blog/cdn-seo-indexing-images/

Hi, thanks for your reply with reference, that worked in case of Sitemap, but Facebook OG Tags and twitter images are usually changed to CDN URL by your plugin, in this case when a user changes CDN subdomain most probably all old shared posts in facebook, twitter or any other social platform are going to show blank images, google also index images from articles and all images are pointed to CDN, there is a possibility of Duplicate image, in case if you deny access to CDN subdomain google can’t render site properly without JS, CSS & Images
by considering all above i think “Ignore CDN Rewrite for Some User-Agents” is a good idea
