  • I have purchsed the ignite loyalty plugin, but it was at all what I was looiking for. I have asked for a refund but haven t gotten any reply. Are you going to refund the money for this plugin?

    Great! But for pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
