Ignite up not working even though it is activated

    HELP !

    I have been using the ignite up plugin for the past month and a half and it’s been great! However I had disabled it for a few moments just for testing purposes and now it won’t work ! I have de-activated and then activated it again but to no avail !

    What is funny is that it is working on the /my-account page but it’s not working for the homepage or any other page.

    PLEASE HELP

    I have also cleared all cache from server but still nothing

    I am having similar issue, my main page is showing my default page (I am using static home page) but when I click on any other menu item (page) I do see the Maintenance notice page. But when going back to my Home page, my regular home page is back.
    To test, I have disabled all other plugins except for IgniteUp, and still no maintenance notice on Home page.

    Hi,

    We are really sorry about the issues you are facing.
    There are some themes that may not support IgniteUp templates if they are using a forcible way of showing templates.

    Please provide us with detailed information about which themes and plugins you are using. So that we can inspect the combination for possible conflicts.
