    The Instagram feed was working until I had to deactivate the plugin. I activated it again and try to sign in with Instagram in the Instagram Feed plugin to get the Access Token for using Instagram API, but I keep getting this error: {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”}

    Hello @meriem18,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

Currently, we have a bug due to API changes, we’ll soon release an update which will solve the issue.

Please update the plugin once you’ll see the new version available and try to authenticate again.

I am very sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

    Hi,

We are getting a similar issue: “this endpoint has been retired”.

Hope to see the update soon.

    Thanks

There was an update, but still getting the original error after updating.

    Thanks for addressing this.

I too am getting this. Hoping for hazard pay from the client’s freakout too! ??

Also seeing this on a clients site.

    Hi,

We are sorry for all the trouble that is caused. The plugin update is in the process. It will be launched very soon.

    Thanks and good luck!

This has gone unresolved for too long so we had to install another company’s plugin so we can get rolling.

We tried to wait it out but site launch day is more important than product loyalty, even when we paid for the premium version.

I don’t want to post the name of the other company whose product actually works out of respect for your company. I just wish this were fixed sooner.

    Dear @billraydrums,

We really understand the situation, this has taken much longer than we expected. If you have paid for the plugin then you can contact our support team and as compensation, they will extend your license, so as you’ll be able to use the plugin during your next projects.

I am again sorry for this inconvenience.

    same issue here!! ??

What’s going on here? Other developers fixed their similar plugins in a matter of a couple of days.

It’s taking you eternity to deal with this issue, if you are abandoning this project, just let us know and we will move on to another alternative plugin.

    Dear friends,

We are, of course not abandoning the plugin.

The problem is that fixing a plugin that works with an API needs actions from both sides. We know that it is unacceptable for you and we understand your frustration. We are still working on the problem.

Thank you for still being here and following up for an update. I’ll be really happy to announce the release of the new version soon.
