Hi Support, great plugin! I was just wondering if there might be a way in the future to detect if a user is using the built-in-app browser Meta uses within Facebook and Instagram iOS and Android apps. From what I tested using Instagram app on a Android phone it shows:
    Platform: Android
    Browser: Chrome
    Version: 107
Would be a fantastic tool to see where sales(not just traffic from Analytics) are generated from.

    Hi @staalburger,

Thanks for your message and your review. Technically this is possible as we believe the app title is in the user agent.

To doubly check, is it possible for you to provide the user agent that is assigned against the order that’s showing as Platform: Android Browser: Chrome Version: 107? To get the user agent we assume you have database access so you’d need to find the postmeta row where the order id is the order id from the above and the meta key will be _customer_user_agent.

If you don’t have database access or don’t feel comfortable then don’t worry, we’ll be adding this to the features list anyway to try and implement soon.

    Thanks,

    The Blaze Team
