If/then statements?

  • I’d like to use Contact Form 7 to collect information from people submitting events to a conference. These people can submit multiple events, all with identical fields. So I’m wondering, can I add some sort of if/then statement to say something like “Do you have more events to add? If so, click here, otherwise click submit.” I hate to have 20 sections of identical fields if someone only wants to submit 2 events.

  • Looks like you are looking for Conditional Logic which is not available in the Contact Form 7 plugin.

    This sort of conditional logic is not available directly in Contact Form 7. It can be done via custom programing but you would need to be rather skilled at WordPress development using PHP.

    Some of the premium Form plugins do offer Conditional Logic including Gravity Forms, Quform and Ninja Forms.
