    Dear lovley Support-Member,

after following the instructions on your website to insert my own custom placeholder (https://complianz.io/changing-the-default-social-placeholders/) I am not able to get it to work on an iFrame (it is on the homepage -> just scroll down a little to see it on the 360°PanoramaTour).

    • I have the iFrame blocked via the Script-Center -> I also have enabled both checkboxes for the placeholder in the script-center: “activate placeholder” + “blocked content is an iframe”. I have choosen the “standard/default” placeholder from the dropdown list and then saved the blocked script + the scriptcenter page itself to be sure (double save)
    • I also have created a folder called “complianz-gdpr” inside of my child-theme via FTP -> this folder contains a JPG image called “placeholder.jpg”
    • I have cleared the cache for the site with the blocked iFrame on it (i am using WPFastestCache)

Unfortunatly after following these steps the placeholder is still not showing. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong -> e.g. naming of the JPG?

Thank you very much for your time and help in advance. I am very grateful for your it.

    LG Patrick

    Dear Patrick,

thanks for your message and I’m sorry for this delayed answer.

The guide you followed is suggested only for placeholders related to social widgets like: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc… . The guide you should follow is this one https://complianz.io/placeholders-for-iframes/.

In your case please delete the steps you made following the first guide and proceed checking the new guide I sent you, then if you’ll need to customize our standard placeholder you’ll be able to put a HTML script below the iFrame as suggested inside the guide.

    Thanks for your patience.
