iFrame placed via shortcode – can it show a search box?

    Hi, would it be possible to search other sites in a WP-multisite network? My ‘main’ site has a search field in its header, that header area can display items placed using shortcodes. I’ve currently placed a Relevansi Search field in the header, but there’s no content worth searching on the main site, the good content is on a /sub-site (same domain). Could I display only the /sub-site’s Search field in an iFrame on the ‘main’ site?

    You can only show a part of the website by hiding other elements. But how is the result of the search displayed? Because you are still in the iframe? Do you have the option to jump out of the iframe?
