• I have a problem with a single page on my site. No matter what theme I’m using for the desktop version if I access from any mobile to this page the iframe is overlapped by the option to disable the mobile theme.

Do you have an idea on how can I solve this issue?

    Thanks in advamce

  • Hi Roberto,

Please try activating “Restricted Mode” in the WPtouch admin panel, which will attempt to disable problematic plugins in WPtouch without affecting their functionality in the desktop theme.

    Thanks for your reply.
I’ve tried the solution you proposed me but nothing change. The frame for the selection of the mobile theme is overlapping all the page.

Unfortunately I need to use the iframe because the page is on a different site.

Is the pro version able to solve this issue?

    Thanks again

    r.

    Hi Roberto,

Iframes haven’t proved very friendly, especially when it comes to mobile devices/screens. The same issue will likely be present in WPtouch Pro. However, in the Pro version, you are able to specify what pages you would like to disable WPtouch on. So essentially, you can exclude the page you have an iframe in and it will display in your desktop theme, even when viewed on a mobile device.

    You’re welcome.
