iFrame not working in Chrome

We are using iFrame on two different sites. The one using Canvas theme by Woothemes has suddenly stopped working in Chrome. Whereas the same code is working on another site using TwentyTwelve theme with an Optimize Press plugin.

The plugin is working on both internet explorer and safari in both sites.

Any advice much appreciated.
