iframe links showing up on pages they aren't added to?

I am using your plugin on my website ( https://seniornetworkassist.com/) and as you can see from the home page, it’s adding the frame code on every page, but the code is not added on the home page. Another example of the problem can be seen on the contact page, where the code also is not added. https://seniornetworkassist.com/contact/
Can you please tell me how I can remove the code from showing up on the pages?
