    Hi,

Thanks a lot for the latest update. A lot of users using firefox browser are complaining that the forum page does not load on firefox and the issue is due to iframe. Can the forum run outside of iframe? If yes, how do we do that? The integration works like a charm on other browsers.

Of course, you can completely exclude the iframe integration. It is a plus that you can use or not. Sure that if it is fixed under any aspect it is an awesome “template integration solution”.

Look that 2.6.9 that come deeply tested working fine under woocommerce, buddypress, memberpress (and so much more) is coming (i assume) within this night my time.

Also, the new 2.0 phpBB WP extension will be released. It come with admin ACP options page, and there will be no more necessity to edit any file. It is also fixed under any aspect (1.0.2 contain a bug that cause sometime, on phpBB session renew, the user redirect into WP.

Which firefox and under what OS it happen?

The resizer library has been updated last time, so be sure that you overwritten (if you did not and the install is previous of the 2.6.7 version) the two files you added into the phpBB root:

You’ll may also update the iframeResizer.contentWindow.min.js and iframeResizer.contentWindow.map files added into phpBB root, with news updated files you’ll find into /wp-content/plugins/wp-w3all-phpbb-integration/addons/resizer folder (this step is not ever required, but only when iframe resizer library updates, which is notified on plugin changelog when plugin released)

In case follow the update procedure steps as indicated here:

    Let know!

Thank you so much for your response. We have updated the latest version and there are more than 1400 forum users. The issue is just with a few, but important ones. They are all on different versions of Firefox. The ones reported are v 89.0 and v84.0.2. Both are on windows.

Hello. 2.6.9 has been just released!

Nothing new about iframe integration, that will be updated on 2.7.0.

Well, it is substantially impossible to embed something (page) into something else (another page) without using an iframe.

You can choose to reproduce the same template phpBB/wp (header and footer) and do not use the iframe integration or it result to be, unfortunately, a mission impossible!
