Iframe form input blanks wrap, not vertically centered

    Braintree input blanks are appearing too large forcing exp date and CVV to wrap where we do not wish content to wrap (also looks awful on mobile!) We’d like to find some CSS to help us correct and make those 2 input blanks perhaps only 8 chars wide and also get text vertically aligned to center of blank instead of appearing along the bottom of the ‘apparent’ blank.

  • Hi @elronaldo,

    The payment portal embed which controls this is often governed by the theme layout, so your theme developer should be able to fix this. We can take a crack at it and see what we can do as well – can you provide us with your store URL so that we can take a closer look?

    Hi @elronaldo,

    On the desktop side, was this resolved with CSS? Were you able to contact the theme’s developer/support team to see if this was an issue on their end? If so, they may be able to help with the fix in mobile.

    If you temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (please make sure to backup your site before doing so), then check the checkout page in mobile, do the Braintree fields still look squished? If not, then the devs of your theme would need to help correct the field sizes.
