iframe for pay-now/pay-over-time/pay-later to big for mobile devices

    Hi,

    I just downloaded your plugin and are testing it with Playground data on my test-site.

    The used iframe for pay-now/pay-over-time/pay-later is just to big for mobile devices….it stretches over the payment methods content area…which looks wild.

    Reducing min-width from 280px to 200px would do the trick…but I′m not able to find the right custom CSS code to adjust that?

    Any suggestions to solve that problem would be appriciated.

    Hi,

    This issue does not seem to be related to our Klarna Payments for WooCommerce plugin and we have not made any changes in the plugin that should effect this. This is most likely a theme related issue.

    Try and change your theme to Storefront and see if that solves your issue.

    It′s the only Klarna Plugin I have installed.

    Hi,

    As third-party plugin developers we do not have access to Klarna’s Iframe, only Klarna has access to that information.

    If changing the theme to Storefront does not help, I suggest that you contact Klarna merchant support.

    As third-party plugin you offer the possibility within your plugin to edit the iFrame in:

    Border color etc. but there′s no way in edit min-width of the iFrame?

    Hi,

    The Iframe Options in the plugin settings in WooCommerce is controlled by Klarna. It might be possible to access the css to do the adjustments you want to do but that is unfortunately nothing we can help you with.

    Yeah well..Klarna was also not helpful…your plugin is deactivated….I′m using “Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce” which comes with Klarna.

    So much waste of time being able to change the design…no thanks.

    I can empathize for your frustrations. The minimum required width is necessary to support the appropriate display of the Klarna Payment product information. Great to hear that you found a solution that works for you to integrate Klarna still!

    I′ve tested width witdh smaller than 280px…everything worked fine…but ok
