iFrame doesn't load properly with the Advanced AJAX Page Loader installed

    We have the Advanced AJAX Page Loader installed on our custom designed WordPress theme… The issue that we’re running into is that clickable href attributes prompting iframes simply reload the page and update the URL. They reload the iframe url instead of showing the iframe. We need the clicks to prompt and show the iframe without reloading the page, is that possible? Has anyone had issues with iframes and installations of this sort? They are coded to show in the same window… the non-ajax installation works with no issues.
