I updated the plugin and I realized that basically TML has gone from free to paid. Just that.

So I tried to go back to previous version but even putting back the same settings I used to have, anything seems to work correct.

Redirection don’t work even though they are set correctly. It creates extra code.
For example, LOGIN page is always redirect to main page. How is that possible?

EDIT: I’ve tried to change the redirection when logged out to an external page. Well, it doesn’t work either.

    Any help with this?

    Thanks

  • I have exactly the same issue. Got a HTTP 500 error (not related to Social Warfare as I do not use it), so rolled back to 6.1.14 – now /login /register /resetpass etc no longer work.

I had to use a back up to put back the 6.4 version.
However I just found out some problems that maybe were already there regarding password reset. The link doesn’t work. Very weird.

@vansite thanks, but even 6.4 base doesn’t work for me. Too many database changes today to restore.

@jfarthing84 is there any way this can be resolved ?

    Thanks

@mcutting You likely need to refresh your permalinks. Also, could you provide the 500 error you received?

@jfarthing84 the HTTP error only happens if I upgrade to version 7.0. If I roll back to 6.4.16, then the error resolves itself, but then the login etc pages no longer work – a 404 error is returned despite refreshing all permalinks and clearing caches.

@mcutting Do the pages still exist? Are they in the trash?

They still exist. I managed to get “register” to work by editing the page and saving it again, but sadly, this does not work for login.

Have it working for /lostpassword also.

Got it. Seems (for whatever reason) that it takes a couple of attempts at resetting permalinks for it to work.

    All set for /login also.

One question: when you say refresh permalinks, what do you exactly mean?

EDIT: I changed to plain, save, and back to postname.

Because I’m having problems with RESET PASSWORD

I’ve been the whole morning reading about the cache problem you explained in another post, but the fact is that it was working 2 days ago and now it is not.

When I click in Reset Password I can see how yhe website first show a URL but then there is a redirection to mywebsite.com/reset-password

    Thanks

@vansite Are you saying you were using version 6.4.x, updated to 7.0, reverted, and NOW the password reset process doesn’t work?

    (@vansite)

    no. I opened another post.
It stopped working 2 or 3 days ago. I updated this morning, so it has nothing to do.

I resolve this post, check the other please.

    Thanks
