    Hello

The gtranslate on my site has not been working with the firewall since a few days ago.

    These phrases appear.

    Firewall

    Blocked because of Malicious Activities

    Reference ID: 709311556231968b1df38

I reported this issue to the gtranslate technical team, but they haven’t answered me for days, so I’m inquiring about tips, guesses, and possibilities about the problem.

I’ve seen some people who have experienced situations similar to my problems.

However, I don’t know why the problem occurred.

I don’t know how to solve it either.

Can you give me any hints or tips about my problems?

    Hi,

It seems that your firewall is blocking our proxy IP addresses, particularly this one 217.182.147.103, can be more.

You will need to setup a trusted proxy in your firewall settings. Our proxy IP are available here: https://gtranslate.net/ips.txt

If your firewall does not support defining trusted proxy network, then you can simply unblock all our IPs, but it can open an attack vector through translated pages, so better you consult your firewall support. I would suggest using Cloudflare as an alternative for your website.

Please feel free to contact our live chat with any questions, since you are using our paid version.

BTW. I’m using your dashcams since 2013 and I’m very happy to see you on board.

    Thanks! ??

@barry could you look into this. Thanks!

This particular error seems to come from the WP Remote plugin.
