If we want to export Userdata – we get an Error 500 (console shows admin-ajax)

In the console there is an 500 Error in admin-ajax reffering to jquery.

We don′t have the newest WP Installation 5.9.5

Could this be the Issue?

That shouldn’t be the issue (I just tested with that version and it works for me). I would suggest running a conflict test on a staging copy of the site to see if some other plugin or your theme is causing it: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/plugin-theme-conflicts/.

If that doesn’t help, ask your web host to log the error and let us know what they find: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/terminated-imports-exports/#check-server-error-log.

We will try another Plugin – maybe that helps.

We can′t test it on staging, because there are other Plugins installed.

We managed it now with WP Import Export Lite…
