    I have this question: I’m using the Lite edition (for now) with default?settings. If a user cart is flagged as?abandoned?after not being purchased within 10 min, and then the user returns to the site hours or a day later and then purchases the item on their own (without using a link from the email) will their?abandoned?cart entry be deleted? Or would they forever be flagged as an?abandoned?cart even though they eventually?bought it on their own?

    Hi @bwjohns4,

    If the user abandons the cart and then visits the site in another session and purchases the product without accessing the link in the reminder email, the abandoned cart record that is captured will get removed from the Abandoned Orders list. And further reminder emails will not be sent for that cart.
