If url then echo this else this.

Hi all,

Im not a PHP guru but i wonder how i can write a code that checks something in the url or the current multisite.

I got something hard written in a plugin thats in dutch, but i also have a english website running (multi site). Now i gotta make something that echo’s it in dutch when the url or multisite is nl else it does the english echo..
