If thumbnail > display.. if not display div

I’ve got a divider that I use for post flavor… But i’ve started to use post thumbnails more often. So is there a way to use a thumbnail if it’s in use (and hide the divider div), but if there is no thumbnail/featured image, then display a div that has the divider?
