If there's an import, why is there no export?

    Did you try just deleting it through FTP and them uploading the new version there?
    Also i have managed to do some export with Redirection -> Modules -> WordPress .htaccess.
    It will generate a list of htaccess rules and it is enough for some easy Find & Replace if you want to make it clearer or add Redirect 301
