IF THEN…

I know this is a little bit of a weird question. So here it goes…I use smart slider in my header. It is there VIA text widget. What I would like it to do is show either slider 1 if a user is not logged in and slider 2 if a user is logged out. I know in VBA, there is what is called a IF – THEN statement and I was wondering if I can do this in HTML? or if there is a plugin to accomplish this. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
