You are on the wrong site to ask about this. You need to ask on wordpress.com

Assuming the website is a wordpress.com site, then cubecolour is correct. and there is a page to report this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/.

But if it’s not, then you need to put your request to the hosting company that hosts the website.

More than that, I wouldn’t like to say… you’d need to get legal advice.

The link to the site on wordpress.com appears to have been removed from the original post.

Ah, has the original post been redacted to remove a link? Usually there’s a message to let other people know.

Thank you guys, i have reported it does wordpress delete them?

WordPress’ philosophy and bill of rights permit people to use WordPress software for any reason they want, without any enforcement over legality or illegality. That said, as wordpress.com were the hosts in this case, they may intervene at their discretion.

That’s kinda sad, anyone can post anything fake about anyone to defame their name and it won’t be removed
