If only all software / support was this good

I don’t need to use the software very often but it works really well and is easy to manage – much smoother than manually controlled mailing lists and even my non-techie colleagues can use the system.
On top of that, I had an issue which I reported via their website – very prompt response (under 1 hour), great personal help and issue resolved. Many other IT companies would do well to copy the service I received – top marks to all (esp. Julie for helping me out).
