If name equals not working

Version 2.6.8
Now that I have functionality back for displaying shortcodes in syntax highlighter, I find that there is a failure of one If statement that checks for the name of the post.[if name="if-condition-true-insert-code-content"][load dir="content" file="/uploads/2015/02/load-file-sample.html"][/if]

As a test to see if the ‘IF’ statement works at all, I used ‘ID’ [if id=3168][load dir="content" file="/uploads/2015/02/load-file-sample.html"][/if] And it worked.

Test page with both examples active and displayed. When you see the file loaded twice, it will be resolved.
