If in Germany , Hide not working

  • Hi Support, we bought the Premium to use the From country option but it didn’t work. We wanted to hide a few menu items in Germany and show direct links on it. Please advise.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using If Menu plugin!

    The country detection for menu items is based on visitor IP. There are no extra settings for this, as it should work just by enabling the visibility rule.

    One thing to check is if the plugin has the latest update, v0.11, which has a few improvements for location detection.

    Hi,

    We actually are using the latest update and I checked the user’s IP it’s in Germany. It didn’t work, I also tried using the by membership and subscription… it didn’t work as well
