• I have searched this forum and could not find an answer, but did see a “don’t post here” reply from the plugin author over and over. I see many people have complained about images disappearing for different reasons, and I just want to know if I delete this plugin “and all of its data” if I will be left with a website without images.

    Please don’t give me a canned response not to use the wordpress support forum specifically about this plugin because there are many reasons why this support forum is here that benefits plugin prospective users, current users and the plugin author, such as

    1) It can save the plugin author time if someone can just find the answer they need by it in the forum, rather than having to ask you the same questions over and over.

    2) Before even installing a plugin, we can see how attentive to problems the developer is (or isn’t) by checking the support forum.

    3) “Supporting you fine folks is a full time job, and to do it efficiently I need you to help me out and use the contact form to keep everything in one place.

    Doesn’t it make sense the “one place” for a wordpress plugin help forum be on that wordpress plugin’s page where everyone got the plugin in the first place?

    4) Before I install new updates I can check the plugin support forum to see if the update is causing problems, like blank screens or lost images. If so I can wait until it’s fixed. Can’t do that when plugin authors refuse to support the support forum.

    So, can you please tell me, is it safe to delete this plugin and all of its data, without losing MY images? Thank you.
