• This plugin is full of sloppy code, spelling mistakes, conflicts within itself and absolutely TERRIBLE customer service! I purchased this plugin on September 7, 2018 and by September 11, 2018 requested a refund. It is now December 17, 2018 and I have yet to receive the refund. I have had many back and forths in a support ticket where it was promised to be refunded. The last response was November 6, 2018 and ALL other requests have gone unanswered. Submitted new ticket trying to get their attention with an URGENT request 6 days ago and it is still unassigned.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUGIN or any other plugins this company has simply because of the terrible service received. I am now on hold with my credit card company to dispute the charge and have it refunded directly from them.

    I’m very sorry about the late reply. We are less on the support area on holidays.

    Sometimes, the refunds take longer than usual. We’re not allowed to offer this kind of support on this forums.

    However, if you update your ticket with your WP username that will help us to find out what happened and resolve your issue ASAP.
