If I Change Theme the what about my header and body tags? will they replaced?

    Recently i thought to change the template of my WordPress site. I have implemented many ads network codes in header and body so i am little confused that if i changed the theme then the whole coding of my website will be changed and also the codes i implemented will also removed so what should i do? What do you say will they remain same as it is because i have installed plugin named “Header and Footer” to insert codes and also i have implemented some codes directly in header.php.
