Just to make sure, I suggest you contact your web host company and ask them if anything is overwriting the PHP.ini settings in the CPanel.

The web hosting company said no. They have not overwriting php ini. It still display bad https://theintimatetoy.com.ng/testing/

It is working now after the web hosting company enable GD PHP extension
