IF host images in S3 will it be cached by Cloudfront?

So I set up loadbalancer and want to attach 2 instances to it.
For that I have to use s3 bucket plugin so all images are stored and displayed from s3, my question is will cloudfront store those images and host from different edge locations in different part of the country or the images will be hosted directly from s3 storage?
