IE8 not respecting media queries -HELP

  • I am using a child theme (parent theme INCENTIVE). It has Respond.js built-in. However, somehow on my instance of the build, IE8 is not respecting the media queries. I can’t find the issue. Can someone perhaps assist me with finding out what is causing this?
