IE8 Display problems

    I’m new to this forum and relatively new to working with WordPress. I’ve developed a site for a hotel as a favour for a friend and I’m having some trouble with the front page.

    The theme is modified from the beautiful SixtyOne theme by CSSIgniter and I have fantastic support from CSSIgniter Support in developing and adapting this site (in fact I would strongly recommend cssigniter.com based on the support alone).

    However, the front page does not display correctly in IE8. The four post type images in beneath the slider resize.

    Can anyone suggest a solution for this?
