• Hi,

I created a template for my website: https://www.coventrysfairytale.co.uk/. The problem occurs when I access the page using IE6. I cannot scroll the page. Pages all pages passed the validation.

I forgot to mention that I am using sIFR to render menu and headlines. I found few posts on the web that sIFR may cause the problem, so I deactivated the plugin and viewed the page, but no results.

    Please help.

    Regards,

    Wojtek

  • I think the whole theme has issues in IE6. Probably because it relies so heavily on positioning, minimum heights, inline blocks etc. – none of which IE6 can handle reliably. Other than changing themes, the only immediate option I can think of is to serve a (possibly extensive) remedial stylesheet to IE6 using a conditional comment.

The inline options seems to work OK, when it comes to the menu. I have problem with displaying the footer. but maybe conditional comment is the answer.

    Anyone have different idea?
