I need an option for not using classes and other “new” things in the javascript files.
It breaks the page in IE11.

Can you add please an option for it to opt-out of newer JavaScript or point me to the files I have to convert with BabelJS?

    Thanks.

That’s not something AO can do p1ngp0ng, you’ll have to check the JS from each of your plugins (and theme) yourself I’m afraid.

Strange, because when I exclude JavaScript from the autoptimization I don’t get these errors referring to JS classes.

I think I’m out of luck then.

well, perfectly possible that some JS when optimized (aggregated & minified) acts differently and might require exclusion, but that does not mean this is due to “new” things in JS. simply exclude and forget about it ??
