IE/Safari Not sending

Hello,

The contact form is not working on IE or Safari.
I am getting error: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

Everything is configured correctly.

I tried to use add_filter( 'wpcf7_support_html5_fallback', '__return_true' );
and this didn’t work at all.

Is there any solution? (I know these browsers are from last century and none uses these but I need to get this fixed)
