IE Mobile 11 won't allow scroll desktop site version

  • Hello everyone,
    I apologise in advance if I posted it into the wrong category.
    I made up a website in WordPress and uploaded it to the server. I also added a plugin WPTouch which allows the site to go to mobile version once viewed on mobile devices. It works well on most of browsers I checked apart from my Windows Phone Lumia 640 which has browser IE Mobile 11. Now the problem is that on all other browsers it goes straight to the mobile version and if I prefer the desktop version it will allow scrolling web page down and choosing it. On IE Mobile 11 quite often it goes to the desktop version and there is no scroll bar whatsoever. I cannot get to the bottom of the page. Would anyone recommend how to fix it please?
