IE Issues with WordPress

I created my own theme following a tutorial and it looks great except that in IE it doesn’t display the menu properly can someone please help. I have tried lots of things, but no one has been able to help me yet.
The site is https://www.biancabarnett.com like i said in chrome and mozilla it looks fine .. i can not however figure out the issue in IE
