IE, FF, and Chrome cannot connect to my website

Hello. I hope someone can help me. I’m very new to blogging and not very technical.

When I try to go to my website, all the browsers say that they cannot connect. The only thing I’ve changed is my header. I uploaded a new header I created. It worked for a few hours, but now when I check it I can’t connect. https://www.chroniclesofjellow.com
