IE css 3 support

    downloaded what I know will be a great plugin, if I could get it to work IE CSS3 Support . I keep getting an error:

    Cannot redeclare remove() in /webpage.com/wp-content/plugins/ie-css3-support/ie-css-support.php on line 50

    Please someone tell me where the correct version of this plugin is, or what I can do to make it work properly.

    I really really really want this plugin, it is the only 1 that says it does css3 compatibility for IE 8
