IE browser issues

    This is driving my NUTS. Any suggestions?

    My programmer is on vacation this week and I need to figure this out. BTW, I’m NOT a developer.

    The color blocks are the main problem. They appear incorrectly in IE8 on XP.

    However, I’m running XP, Vista & Windows7 and don’t see the error. But the client sees it.

    But when I do the browser testing online, I see the issue. Strange.

    HELP.
