• Hi there,

    I have an installation of WordPress set-up at https://marihayes.com (temporary re-direct until we get our nameserver issues solved).

    Everything works fine in Firefox and on the newer versions of Internet Explorer. The problem is, when browsing the site in IE 6 it eventually crashes and I have to end the program. Sometimes it doesn’t crash for a while, but sometimes it crashes after only looking at 1-2 pages.

    I’ve checked my CSS with a validator and I’ve only got warnings, no serious errors that would be causing IE to crash as far as I can tell.

    I DO have a javascript in the <head> that calls on a separate CSS file for IE users, but if I take it out it makes the site look all messed-up.

    Can you help me out? I REALLY appreciate your help. Thanks!

    Aaron

    One other thing that might help:

    The name of the IE css file is style_ie.css. Here is what is inside of it:

    /* CSS Document */

    .left {float:left;}
    .left_1 {float:left;}
    .cent {float:left;}
    .right_1 {float:left;}
    .right {float:left;}
