IE 11 shows only 1 ticket

  • Hi there, I’ve managed to setup everything and it works quite well. BUT i’m using Chrome and did not see any problems. Until someone said to me that he purchased 3 tickets and only got 1 pdf in the mail with the amount for 3 tickets and not 3 tickets seperately. in chrome this works fine but not in IE 11. how to fix that??

    Hi there,
    hope you are doing well! ??

    This issue was solved in the last update of the plugin and was related to change the event ticket product quantity directly in the cart.

    Do you have the last version installed? If possible, could you create a video for us replicating the problem?
