IE 11 minimised preferences button not working.

    I’m unsure in which version it stopped working but in IE11 the minimised preferences button disappears when you revisit the website, it remains present and all other browsers including Edge and mobile browsers. I was wondering if its a bug or compatibility issue with IE11.
