IDX plugin does not look as expected

I am using the IDX Broker plugin on this site: https://shellyyoung.oskydev.com/
As you can see in the widget of the homepage, it doesn’t look right at all. I looked at your screenshots and was expecting something like that. Would you have any idea what might be happening here?
