If you have purchased our products already and have an active key with real data (not sample data — see below for instructions on determining whether you have real or sample data) I would suggest either calling or emailing our Support Team for assistance. You’ll want to be sure to include the name on the account as well as the DOMAIN name being used on the account so they can assist you further.

VERIFY IF YOU HAVE REAL OR SAMPLE DATA:
– Login to your Admin
– On the LEFT menu, find “IDX”
– Select “Activation”
– Find the Activation Key on this page
In the ACTIVATION KEY you are using, the FIRST part of it will look SOMETHING like this:
12345/124/
That FIRST number would indicate an account number. The SECOND one indicates what MLS feed you are using. If the second number is “124”, that means you are currently using SAMPLE data and not real MLS data.
In that case, it could mean that you are simply using a wrong key (in which case you need to contact Support) OR it could mean you signed up for our trial account but never actually purchased the product (in which case you need to contact our Sales Team).
